Now we know why Miley’s kinda crappy: she doesn’t listen to pop music.

5.  Snooki and J-WOWW were partying in the VIP section of a nightclub in Miami when some blonde girl they didn’t know from Adam kept trying to get into their section. Snooki didn’t like that one bit, so she started swinging at this girl, grabbed her by the neck and kept screaming “Wh*re!” in her face. That’s when J-WOWW got involved and took the girl down. Two of this girls’ friends grabbed J-WOWW by the legs and pulled them out from under her. At that point, security came over and broke up the fight. Let’s just pray the “Jersey Shore” cameras were there to capture all this on film.

4. Bret Michaels has checked out of the hospital. He suffered a brain hemorrhage on April 21 and his chances of survival were pretty slim. His doctor says, “He’s just one of those lucky people — the 10 to 20 percent who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities.” In fact, the doctor doesn’t just expect Bret to survive, but to make a 100 percent recovery. Bret’s not out of the woods yet, though. The doctor says he’s still very sick. He can walk, but not well. Whenever he tries to walk, he has severe back spasms. He’s going to need a lot of physical therapy, but he’s well on his way.

3. Miley Cyrus is ready to shed that Disney image big time. In her new video for “Can’t Be Tamed,” her writhing and pelvic thrusting and humping is comparable to Britney Spears’ “I’m a Slave 4 U” video. That pole dancing she did at the Teen Choice Awards was NOTHING compared to this. Miley comes thisclose to making out with male AND female dancers. She’s letting her hands wander in places while she’s lying down on the ground, pulsating her body while wearing a $25K corset covered in metal and peacock feathers that shove her boobs up to her neck. It’s miles away from Hannah Montana, and that’s exactly what Miley wants.

2.  Ke$ha was tricked into performing at a bat mitvah in NYC. Apparently a lot of artists refuse to perform for 13-year-olds, but they have no problem performing for 16-year-olds. Ke$ha is one of those artists. So she was told she’d be paid $50K to perform two songs at a Sweet 16. No problem. This party was over the top. There were ballet dancers suspended from the ceiling, blowing bubbles and handing out candy to guests. The gifts bags were Juicy Couture and came with custom spray-painted sneakers inside. And then the giant cake was wheeled out and it was announced that Ke$ha was the surprise performance. So then she comes out and says to the birthday girl, “Happy Sweet 16!” and everybody’s looking at her like she’s crazy and the crowd was yelling at her, “It’s not her Sweet 16! It’s her bat mitzvah!” No comment from her management company.
1.  Lady Gaga almost didn’t perform at Monday night’s Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. “Vogue” editor Anna Wintour had invited Gaga to perform, but Gaga refused to walk the red carpet and then locked herself in side her dressing room. A source says she literally wouldn’t come out. Everybody was trying to coax her out — a Warner Music rep, her friends. Finally Oprah Winfrey and some artist named Terence Koh talked her into taking the stage. Once she got up there, Gaga told the 700 guests, “I’ll never forget when Anna Wintour called me to play at this event. She called me and said, ‘I would like you to play at the Met gala, but I just want to make sure — because I’ve seen you perform before — that you won’t be swearing during the performance.’ So Anna, I will do my (BLANKING) best!” Most everybody seemed to enjoy her show except for Bono, who got up and left half-way through. But the most talked-about guest at the event had to be Katy Perry, who was wearing a dress with LED lights. Apparently, the switch was located near her boobs and she was letting people grope their way around them to turn the dress on.

5. Nicki Minaj has pulled out of the Rihanna tour. She wants to spend the summer putting the finishing touches on her debut album. She hopes we all understand. Her replacement hasn’t been announced yet, but we can all breathe a sigh of relief that Ke$ha is still on board. Rihanna’s tour kicks off July 2 in Seattle and wraps August 25 in Chicago. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.

The pregnant wife found out about the affair late last year, and then his mistress tagged along with him when he went to Vancouver in February to cover the Olympics for the “Today” show, and now the news is finally breaking that Tiki Barber and his 8-months-pregnant-with-twins wife Ginny are getting a divorce. Tiki left Ginny to be with a former NBC intern — a 23-year-old hot blonde named Traci Johnson. Traci had told her family members that she was babysitting for the Barbers when she was actually sleeping with Tiki.

3. It’s going to be interesting to see how they deal with filming season two of “Jersey Shore.” The guys and girls from the show can’t go anywhere without being mobbed by fans and paparazzi. Yesterday Snooki, J-WOWW and Sammi decided it was best to use a limo to get around the masses. They were driven to shop, have a little sushi for lunch and pick up their dry cleaning. Among their shopping finds — Ed Hardy gear and sexy lingerie.
2. Miley Cyrus quietly bought a house last year in the same Toluca Lake neighbhorhood where her family lives. Just a sweet little 4000-square-foot, $3.4 million starter home within walking distance of mama and daddy. She’s been using this time to completely renovate the 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home, which comes with a tennis court, pool, and a custom recording studio. Her mom Tish is an interior designer and this has been her pet project. Miley says she doesn’t plan to move into her new place until after her 18th birthday, which is on November 23rd.

1. Sorry if this is spoiling anything for you, but I simply have to talk about “American Idol” last night. It was elimination night, and before we got to the bottom three — we got to enjoy performances by Jason Derulo, David Archuleta and Rihanna. Finally we got to the bottom three — Aaron Kelly, Andrew Garcia and Michael Lynch. Ryan Seacrest told Aaron to have a seat, and then there were two. Andrew got the news he was safe and then Big Mike had to — as Ryan Seacrest told him — sing for his life. So Michael’s singing and his audience is in the audience bawling and Crystal Bowersox is on the stage bawling and when it was all over, Simon Cowell is the one who had to break the news to Michael. But it was good news. The judges used their one and only save and Michael will be back to sing next week. But that means two contestants have to go home next week because they are on a bit of a schedule…

5. Justin Bieber’s CD release party at Lucky Strike in LA was completely mobbed by fans. It concerned his security team so much that they advised Justin to leave. A source says Justin wanted to stay and bowl, but his security guys didn’t want to take any chances. So Justin and his posse headed over to The Eldridge where they ordered $400 worth of burgers and fries for Justin’s dancers and some music executives. By the way, when they were done celebrating, they dropped off their leftover food at a homeless shelter.

4. Before flying out to LA to mentor the “American Idol” contestants, Miley Cyrus decided she really needed to get her hair done. She ended up keeping her private plane waiting for four hours so she could get more highlights and extensions. But Miley finally made it out to LA to share her wisdom with the Idol contestants, but unfortunatly for Paige Miles, Miley’s advice didn’t do much for her. She ended up being voted off last night after her off-key performance the night before. And while Idol now gives contestants a chance to redeem themselves and sing for their salvation, Simon Cowell decided not to waste everybody’s time. He told Paige, “It’s got to a point where it’s not working, I don’t want to give you any false hope here, it’s the end.” And now we have our top ten, who will be mentored next week by the fabulous Usher.

3. Long before either of them was married, Tiger Woods and LeAnn Rimes were a couple. A source says Tiger has always had a thing for blondes and he was really into LeAnn. But her dad found out about the relationship and put an end to that real quick. Some say it was because he was upset she was seeing a guy 7 years older, but others are saying it might have had a little something-something to do with the fact that Tiger is “cablinasian.” Isn’t it interesting, though, that both Tiger and LeAnn went on to cheat on their spouses…

2.  Another woman has come forward to say that she also had an affair with Jesse James while he was married to Sandra Bullock. Her name’s Melissa Smith and she also happens to be a tattooed stripper, just like Jesse’s other mistress, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee. Melissa says it was 2006 when Jesse first contacted her on MySpace. He invited her out to visit him at West Coast Choppers shop and their affair began. She says they would hook up every few months until things finally ended between them last year. There’s also this other woman — a photographer named Brigitte Daguerre — who says back in 2008, Jesse hired her to do some styling for a West Coast Choppers shoot and they ended up having a year-long email and text message relationship that was consummated four times before she called things off.

1. Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift had lunch together yesterday at The Farm in Beverly Hills. Yes, her mom was there to chaperone. After lunch, the Taylors tried to be all clever by leaving the restaurant separately, but then jumped in the back of the same car and took off together. But the night before, Taylor was on a date with Cory Monteith. Instead of mom tagging along, this time Selena Gomez was the third wheel. The three of them bowled a few frames at the Pinz bowling alley in Studio City. Witnesses say Taylor and Cory were a bit snuggly, but not obvious about it. But it looks like girl Taylor might be playing the field a little here and trying to juggle two guys at the same time.

5. What happens when Julia Roberts walks into a yogurt shop? It was enough to bring one man to tears. Witnesses say Julia walked into the self-serve Yogurt Stop in West Hollywood on Sunday afternoon, got herself a mango-flavored treat and left. Everyone in the place was awestruck. They said you could’ve heard a pin drop. One source says, “The second Julia left, a man burst into tears and then bought mango, just like Julia had. Then he fished her napkin out of the trash.”

4.”American Idol” has changed the theme for tonight’s show. Instead of the original plan to perform songs by teen idols, they’re going to perform Billboard #1 hits. But then tomorrow night’s results show will feature performances by teen stars, including new couple Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato who will sing their new duet “Make a Wave,” and Miley Cyrus, who will not only sing her new song, “When I Look at You,” but is also serving as the celebrity mentor to the eleven finalists.

3.Michelle “Bombshell” McGee has been fired as the face for the Angry White Girl clothing line. The label boss says he hired “Bombshell” a few months ago when she agreed to model in exchange for free clothes. But he says he had no idea at the time that she has this Nazi fetish, complete with a swastika tattoo. Jimmy Ferrari says, “While the name for my fashion line is politically incorrect, it has no links to racism or fascism or white supremacy. Nor does it endorse such nonsense. I have fired her and taken all of her pictures off my website.”

2. Sandra Bullock has cancelled another scheduled appearance. Last week, she pulled out of the London premiere of “The Blind Side” due to “personal issues,” and now she’s pulled out of the Berlin premiere, too. But the show will not go on without Sandra. They’ve decided to just cancel the whole premiere. Sandra hasn’t been seen in public since news of her husband’s affair broke last Wednesday. Michelle “Bombshell” McGee claims she was seeing Jesse James for 11 months. And now Michelle’s best friend has told RadarOnline.com that Jesse told Michelle that he had Sandra were separated and that he was going to leave her after the filming of “The Blind Side” wrapped. She says Michelle believed that gave her the green light to stay in this adulterous relationship. But the friend says Michelle doesn’t apologize for what she did because she feels like she was the one who was deceived by Jesse.

1.Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush may be on the rocks. Kim and Reggie broke up temporarily last week when she flew down to Miami to do some filming on her sisters’ reality show. While Kim was there, Reggie was in NYC shooting a calendar. An insider on the set of the calendar shoot says Reggie was complaining the whole time about Kim and that he spent most of the two-hour photo shoot on his cell phone in a text message war with her. At one point, Reggie excused himself to a private office so he could use his cell phone in private, and that’s when they had a heated argument. Later that same night, Reggie and his buddies went to Robin Thicke’s 33rd birthday at the 1Oak nightclub, and he spent most of the night flirting with one particular brunette. The next day after having lunch with his agent, the paparazzi were firing questions at Reggie and one of them asked, “Where’s Kim?” He said he didn’t know. And then when one of them asked if they were still dating, Reggie responded, “No more questions.”

Lil Wayne has arrived at Rikers Island jail in New York, so the countdown til he gets out can begin. Weezy arrived yesterday in a corrections van. He was transported alone since he is considered a high-profile inmate. As of last night he was still undergoing the admissions procedure including a physical and mental heath exam. Now that he’s really gone, it’s started to set it for the rest of the hip-hop community. Young Jeezy said he’ll not only miss Wayne’s work ethic and music, but also his rebellious attitude.He said that Wayne is a trap-aholic meaning that he lives in the studio and is always working. He says that they are going to miss him and what he brings to the rap game. But at the same time, it’s all an eye-opener. Instead of targeting the hustlers in the streets, the police have started in on the entertainers and athletes and they need to be careful. Diddy shared the sentiment saying that he is going to miss him but isn’t worried about his career. He thinks this should be a lesson for kids out there.

Most people know by now that Sean Penn is not a nice celebrity. He’s a fantastic actor that hates the spotlight. He has punched photogs and gotten into plenty of arguments. Well his PR team is doing some damage control following his behavior at the Academy Awards. Apparently he was banned from last night’s annual Governor’s Ball shortly after the ceremony at the Kodak Theater had ended. He confronted Greg Shapiro, a producer of The Hurt Locker and yelled at him. Why? Because Greg is dating Robin Wright (Penn). Since divorcing in August Robin seems to have moved on and Sean had some words to say to the new boyfriend. Academy officials supposedly banned him from the after-party. Sean’s rep is saying this is not true.

Is Miley Cyrus in love and is she done making music? It’s looking like yes and yes. In a recent interview Miley refers to her new bf Liam by saying, she thinks they are both deeper than normal people when it comes to thoughts and feelings. What caught her eye first about him? His height. She says he is really tall and very polite. So does Miley want to make more music? She says that music just isn’t inspiring her the way it should be and after her latest album she is going to take some time off. She is more into acting right now. The Last Song comes out soon and she also has a role in the Sex and the City sequel.

5. They’re remaking “A Star Is Born” and as of now, Russell Crowe and Beyonce have been named the frontrunners for the lead roles. Robert Downey Jr. was attached to the male lead at one point, but that no longer seems to be the case. The movie was originally done in the 1930s, and then was remade in 1957 with Judy Garland and James Mason, and then done again in 1976 with Barbra Steisand and Kris Kristofferson. The story is about an aging, alcoholic musician who mentors and falls in love with a young female star.

4. Miley Cyrus has rallied some of her celebrity friends for an all-star online auction to benefit the people of Haiti. Starting today, you can go to eBay.com to bid on the Herve Leger dress Miley wore to the Grammys, as well as 2 tickets to the Hollywood premiere of her movie, “The Last Song.” Nicole Richie has also donated some jewelry from her House of Harlow line and Britney Spears is offering up the custom silver Versace minidress she wore to the 2008 VMAs. There’s also stuff on there donated by Demi Lovato and Hugh Jackman and Joel Madden. All the proceeds will go to American Red Cross to support relief efforts in Haiti.

3. JWoww is proud of her fake boobies. In fact, she wants to be even prouder, so she’s planning on making them bigger. On Friday, JWoww was seen visiting the Long Island offices of a plastic surgeon who just so happens to be a breast specialist. A source says she wants to get them done in time for the second season of “Jersey Shore.”

2. MTV is cracking down on their “Jersey Shore” cast. The guidos and guidettes have been doing as many appearances as they can, earning up to $7500 a night showing up anywhere for anybody who’s willing to pay. But now MTV is telling them to pull back on the appearances or face strict fines or maybe even legal action. A source says MTV told the cast that they were allowed to do only 2 personal appearances a week and that all of their gigs had to be approved by producers. But some of them don’t care and are just going out there and taking as much cash as they can.

1. Of course the big news this weekend was the Super Bowl in Miami, and the celebrities turned out in force to watch the Saints beat the Colts, 31-17. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie brought oldest son Maddox to the game to cheer on the Saints. They were escorted into the game on a golf cart surrounded by security. And in the suite, Brad and Angelina were looking quite lovey-dovey, for those of us who are convinced their relationship is on the rocks. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes brought along little Suri. They skipped the golf cart and security detail and entered the game just like other ticket holders. Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher also opted not to have security, but may have wished they had after some paparazzi chased them into the stadium. Also spotted in a suite was John Travolta, who was seen leaving before the Saints made their game-winning comeback. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony hung out in their suite. Also spotted in the suites and in the stands were Taylor Lautner, LL Cool J, Spike Lee, Jamie Foxx, Hilary Swank and Harry Connick Jr.

Tiger’s mistress, Rachel Uchitel was scheduled to have a press conference yesterday afternoon but it looks like the money won her over. The conference was cancelled at the last minute at sources are saying that her people and Tiger’s people were on the phone until the last minute trying to get the price right.

Even though he may have Rachel covered, another woman has come out claiming an affair with Tiger. She called into a Florida radio show calling herself Jenny, and says that she can prove that she has been seeing Tiger. Jenny doesn’t have a voicemail from him or texts, but she says he has an identifiable mole of his left butt cheek!

Tiger’s affair has really taken the spotlight off of Josh Duhamel and Fergie.  That doesn’t mean that all is OK in their world. They haven’t been spotted together recently and it seems Fergie is taking to the alcohol to forget about it. She was recently spotted hanging out with Kate Hudson at an LA bar and venting about Josh. Then A-Rod showed up and Fergie started downing drinks. By the end of the night she could barely walk and her bodyguard had to help her into a car.

Here’s yet another way that Miley Cyrus is a terrible role model for kids! She was photographed yesterday hanging out at the Fountainbleu pool in Miami and she didn’t do a very good job of covering something naughty. Her new tattoo! First of all, Miley isn’t even old enough to get a tattoo yet and she opted to put it in a rather risqué spot. Right under her left breast! No word yet on if it’s real or not but it definitely looks real. It looks like it’s cursive writing but no one has figured out what it says yet. UPDATE: It says “Just Breathe.”

5. That rumor about Jon Gosselin and Octomom Nadya Suleman doing a reality show together isn’t true. Former “Cheaters” producer Bobby Goldstein said Jon had agreed to star in a show that would have him dating Nadya, but that was a flat-out lie. Jon denied it and now Nadya is denying it, too. And all those comments she was making about being attracted to Jon? It was all a joke. She says, “No offense to Jon Gosselin, but I’m all about my kids right now. I don’t have time for a man in my life.”

4. Sources say Mariah Carey has been partying hard as a way to deal with the frustration of not being able to get pregnant. They say all that excess alcohol is causing her recent weight gain, and that Nick is demanding that she start cutting back on the partying. He thinks it’s affecting her ability to get pregnant.

3. Miley Cyrus’s fans took it pretty hard when she decided to delete her Twitter account. But one fan is taking it especially hard.  In fact, you could say this fan is maybe a little obsessive about it. She’s threatened to kill her cat if Miley doesn’t reactivate her Twitter by November 19. In fact, she’s soliciting ways to cook cat because in her country, apparently it’s not illegal to do something like that.

2. A couple weeks ago, Lindsay Lohan was threatening her father Michael with a restraining order, and the next week, she’s talking to him on the phone. Michael asked Lindsay’s closest friends to set up the phone call and she agreed. It was a short phone call, but sources say it was extremely hard on Lindsay. The source says, “Lindsay is not in good shape because she’s emotionally broken down by her family.” In fact, Lindsay’s also been estranged from her mother for several months. Lindsay’s upset with Dina’s decision to move forward with this Shoe Han idea after Lindsay specifically told her not to.

1. Friends are afraid Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is on the verge of an emotional breakdown. They say she is devestated after being fired from “Melrose Place” just two months into the season. Despite what producers want us to believe, an insider says, “Ashlee didn’t see it coming, and now she’s crushed… She feels like the rug has been pulled out from under her.” But even before she was fired, Ashlee was having a tough time. A source says she’d been starving herself to look good on TV, and juggling work and motherhood has been taking a toll on her marriage. Pete is said to be frustrated with Ashlee’s obsession with her looks and her career, and friends are afraid she’s about to lose more than just her job.

5. Despite weak reviews, “Couples Retreat” was the big winner at the box office this weekend, taking in over $35 million in ticket sales. Last week’s number one movie, “Zombieland,” fell to second with $15 million. “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” is third with another $12 million, followed by “Toy Story/Toy Story 2″ (3D) in fourth and “Paranormal Activity” in fifth.

4. Jon Gosselin has filed court papers accusing Kate of violating a court order by taking money out of a joint account. In other words, he’s accusing her of doing the same thing she’s accusing him of doing. While Kate claims John took out $230K, Jon says he wants a written explanation of the $1 million Kate took out and he wants to know where she’s hiding it.

3. Robert Pattinson wants us all to know that Taylor Lautner is the true star of “New Moon.” Robert says, “I’m not the lead in the second film. Taylor is. I appear in Bella’s dreams, so I’m in it, but the focus is not on me.” And Robert is really okay with that, saying that it makes him feel more free. Robert says he doesn’t take the sex symbol stuff too seriously because girls scream for Edward Cullen, not Robert Pattinson.

2. Miley Cyrus has been getting a lot of flack for deleting her Twitter account out of nowhere. Her fans demand an explanation! So she’s given them one. She wrote a looooong blog on her official website that says, in part, “It breaks my spirit to hear that some of you feel neglected since I deleted my twitter…I often complain to the ones closest to me that I don’t seem to have much of a private life any more and part of that is my fault. How can I whine about my life being too public if I am the one telling the world what I am doing?…Twitter is not the only thing I am cutting back on…I just think kids all over the world could maybe take a little vacation from Cyberspace…If we spent more time enjoying what we are doing besides tweeting about it, we would enjoy our lives a whole lot more.” As far as the rumor that her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth made her get rid of it, Miley says, “I hope my true fans know how stupid that is…Liam is a wonderful friend and he did not try to make me delete my page, he just helped me realize how much time I was wasting on that site.”

1. Rumors have been going around that Justin Timberlake dumped Jessica Biel and has taken up with Rihanna. Well, Rihanna reportedly tracked down Jessica’s phone number so she could tell her personally that all those rumors about her messing around with Justin are completely false. Rihanna told Jessica that she loves Justin as a friend, but that’s IT.
