The Sandra Bullock-Jesse James fiasco has reached a new low –speculations of a tape existing between the couple have Sandra furious! Sandra must be mad because she broke her media silence for the very first time saying that “There is absolutely NO tape, never has been, never will be”. Apparently the reason she hasn’t divorced him yet, isn’t because of any dirt Jesse has on her, but because she doesn’t want him giving angry interviews to the all the media outlets.

A Hollywood couple we thought might actually last has broken up. Jim Carry and Jenny McCarthy have ended their relationship after 5 years together. Jim tweeted yesterday, “Jenny and I have just ended our 5 yr relationship. I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best!”  Jenny confirmed it on her Twitter page shortly after and her rep said that the split was amicable and mutual.  As of right now there is no reason for the split but someone is going to have to move out because they have been living together for years.   
 

Lindsay Lohan is about to get a new step-mom. Her father Michael has proposed to Kate Major. If you don’t remember Kate Major, she was the former star reporter who was dating Jon Gosselin for a hot minute. No date has been set, but it’s going to be New York at the end of the year. Kate was wearing an engagement ring yesterday said that she’s ecstatic, they’ve known each other for 4 years and it’s meant to be. Michael said that his favorite part about Kate is that she doesn’t come with any baggage!

5.  Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera arrived in Vegas as a couple, but left as singletons. They got in on Friday but a source says by Saturday afternoon, Audrina and Ryan had broken up. Ryan immediately checked into a different hotel and proceeded to get along just fine without Albatross Audrina. He had a little dinner at Stack at the Mirage before heading out to party at the Bank at the Bellagio, where he was swarmed by the ladies. Sources say he was eating it up.

4.  Vinnie from “Jersey Shore” says before he makes a decision, he asks himself over and over, “What would Leo do? What would Leo do?” That’s because Vinnie actually got to meet Leonardo DiCaprio in a nightclub and the two of them apparently had a pretty in-depth conversation. Vinnie says Leo told him, “I can tell you’re a good Italian kid, from a good family.” And apparently, Vinnie found out the two of them have a lot in common. He says, “(Leo) handles everything with such poise. He’s very low-key, and I’m the same kind of way. When you see me in a club, you don’t see me going crazy. You see me with a hat and a hood on, laying back.” So perhaps we should all stop and ask ourselves before we have to make a decision today, “What would Vinnie do?”
3. Jessica Simpson is doing what she can to get somebody to watch her VH1 show, “The Price of Beauty.” So to further prove that beauty is only skin deep, she will be on the cover of the May issue of “Marie Claire” with no makeup and no retouching whatsoever. The issue will be out on Tuesday.

2. Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy have announced their breakup the way all trendy celebrities handle announcements of this nature — through Twitter. Jim tweeted first, “Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best!” Minutes later, Jenny was tweeting, too, saying, “I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I had together. I will stay committed to Jane (Jim’s daughter) and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.” Awww….
1. Sandra Bullock hasn’t made any public statements since the news broke about her husband’s affair with a tattooed white supramecist model….until now. She is furious that the rumor is floating around out there that she made a sex tape with Jesse James while he was wearing a Hitler moustache and sporting a snazzy Swastika hat, and that Jesse was using that video as leverage in their divorce case. That was enough for Sandra to dash off this quick statement to “People” magazine: “There is no sex tape. There never has been one and there never will be one.” Meantime, RadarOnline is standing by there story that, while Sandra may not be featured in any of them, there are more than a dozen tapes Jesse James made with his mistresses, and that those are chock-full of Nazi paraphernalia.

5. Rielle Hunter was torn between Oprah, Barbara and Diane, but in the end, John Edwards’ mistress and baby mama has picked Oprah for her first TV interview. Rielle is inviting Oprah into her home in Charlotte for an interview that will air during May sweeps. A source says Rielle is super excited to tell her side of the story about her affair with John and she wants to clear the air about those scandalous “GQ” pictures where she’s posing seductively on her daughter’s bed. It turns out John is the one who encouraged Rielle to do the “GQ” interview and also to go on Oprah. He wants the world to see her in a different light, and not like the home wrecker she’s been portrayed.

4. Nicollette Sheridan has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the man who created “Desperate Housewives.” Nicollette claims Marc Cherry created a hostile work environment and behaved in an “extremely abusive and aggressive manner.” She claims that in the summer of ‘08, she tried to meet with Marc privately to discuss how he’d been treating her. She says he apologized, but after that, things only got worse. Nicollette says within just a couple of months, when she questioned Marc about something that was in the script, he took her aside and knocked her up side the head. She was humiliated and yelled back at him, “That is not okay!!” Marc followed her to her trailer and begged forgiveness. Nicollette reported him to ABC, but she says, believe it or not, his behavior got even worse. And then a couple months later, she was told her character was being killed off the show. She claims it was in retaliation for her complaints, so she’s suing.

3. One British tabloid is reporting that Rihanna is getting married. Or at least she WILL be once her boyfriend Matt Kemp finds the right time to propose. But when he does, the “Daily Mail” says they just know Rihanna will say yes. But even if that’s the case, any potential wedding would have to wait until after she’s done with her summer tour. It was just announced that Rihanna will hit the road for her “Last Girl On Earth” tour, with her opening act Ke$ha and a rapper named Nicki Minaj. The tour will kick off July 2 in Seattle and wrap up August 24 in Chicago. Tickets go on sale Friday.

2.  Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato aren’t worried about keeping their relationship under wraps even one little bit. The two of them went grocery shopping together in Hollywood on Saturday and other shoppers and some photographers caught them hugging and smooching and giggling and googly-eying each other. The next day, Joe and Demi went to the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills for the Easter buffet, and other people brunching there say the two of them could barely keep their hands off each other. Also brunching were Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle, and Nick Jonas and……..awwwwwwww…….

1.  Why hasn’t Sandra Bullock filed for divorce yet? RadarOnline is reporting that it’s because she’s worried that Jesse James might spill her secrets. But what kind of secrets can Sandra possibly have?? But a source close to the situation says the main reason Sandra hasn’t filed any papers yet is because she doesn’t want to trigger Jesse into attacking her publicly. She’s afraid he’ll want revenge and try to harm her reputation. His erratic behavior has been pretty obvious. First he checked into rehab and then when Sandra wouldn’t call him, he checked out after less than a week. Then he turned around and checked himself back in. And now to make things even worse, RadarOnline says they’ve found out that Jesse has more than a dozen homemade sex tapes with his mistresses, and that most of the tapes feature massive amounts of Nazi paraphernalia.

Tiger Woods made his first professional appearance yesterday at Augusta, preparing for the Masters this weekend. Elin has no intention of attending, however Tiger has hired 90 other people to join him. Tiger doesn’t think the 200 security guards provided by the tournament will be enough, so he’s hired 90 to personally watch over him. This includes former Secret Service agents, FBI, and armed deputies. This is all because he is concerned one of the mistresses is going to confront him. Joslyn James has already said she intends on picketing the tournament with megaphones just to harass him. Tiger will have 8 guards surrounding his body at all times so no one can get through.

Jesse James’s angry side is starting to show. He has left rehab after just one week all because Sandra won’t take his calls. He is desperate to put his marriage back together and when he realized she is not going to speak to him anymore, he packed his bags and left. Sandra has hired a top security company to surround her because she is worried he is going to try and talk to her in person.

Sandra isn’t the only Oscar winner furious at her man. Kate Winslet’s separation hasn’t gotten much press because of the Jesse James scandal. Kate split from her husband Sam Mendes because of another woman? Sources are speculating that Sam and Kate had it out over his interest in an ex,  Rachel Weisz. Sam is in talks to direct the new Bond movie and is insistent on casting Rachel for the lead. Kate said she wouldn’t have any of it and the second they separated, Sam called Rachel asking her to be in the film.

Erin Andrews, just got finished sending one creep to prison and now there’s another one. An unidentified man has been sending death threats to the ESPN star through a local radio station. The station notified her reps just this weekend and had already notified the FBI. Security on the Dancing with the Stars set has been beefed up and the FBI says they know the person they are looking for. Overall, this person has sent in 12 threats ranging from explicit to violent and even mentioning the man who was caught filming Erin in her hotel rooms. Erin released a statement saying that she is not a quitter and doesn’t want to let everyone down so she’s going to continue in the competition.

5. Benji Madden and former MTV host Riki Rachtman met in the boxing ring Saturday night in Vegas. It took only one minute and 40 seconds for the referee to stop the fight and raise Benji’s glove in victory. Benji knocked Riki on his butt three times. It was no contest. In shame, Riki had to admit afterward, “I got wasted by the guy in Good Charlotte.” Benji said it was the best backhanded congratulations he ever got. After the fight, Benji was hanging with his sweetie Holly Madison in the club Wasted Space.

4. Shaquille O’Neal is being double-teamed by his wife AND his mistress! Wife Shaunie filed for divorce back in November and then hired an investigator to dig up some dirt on Shaq and hopefully improve her financial settlement. The investigator discovered Shaq was having a long-term affair with Vanessa Lopez. Instead of ripping the other woman apart, Shaunie approached Vanessa and asked her to go public with the affair so she could have more ammo in the divorce. Vanessa didn’t come forward at that time, but it did set things in motion for Vanessa to hire attorney Gloria Allred and file a lawsuit against Shaq. She claims he harrassed her and had his friends intimidate her to keep her mouth shut. She’s suing for assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and whatever else she and Gloria can come up with.

Charlie Sheen has had a change of heart about leaving “Two and a Half Men.” Last week Charlie was telling everybody he was done with the show, but now a source says he was just trying to get a better deal. The source says Charlie will most definitely be back on the the show because he needs the paycheck. He doesn’t have the movie career he once had but the TV money is really, really good. And he needs that cash for all the legal bills he’ll be racking up defending himself against domestic violence charges from that incident with his wife back on Christmas Day.

Angelina walked out halfway through the first season of “Jersey Shore.” But it looks like she’s going to be joining the rest of the guidos and guidettes for season 2, with is starting to film this week in Miami. Angelina tweeted this weekend: “This is my last tweet. just wanna say THANK U for all your love & support, “JS2″ is possible because of u. I’m gonna miss ….Lots of love.” Meantime, Ronnie has already been spotted in South Beach and eyewitnesses say he already has a decent tan. In fact, it’s kind of funny the buzz he created. Everybody was freaking out about seeing Ronnie in Miami that nobody even noticed when Sir Paul McCartney checked into his hotel nearby.

1. Jesse James has checked out of sex rehab after only a week because he couldn’t get Sandra Bullock to return any of his phone calls. Sandra is continuing to get all the legal paperwork in order because she is plowing ahead with the divorce. One thing she won’t have to worry about is giving this guy any of her cash. She had an ironclad prenup that specified Jesse would get no money if he cheated on her during the marriage. It’s not like Jesse will be left destitute. He does well on his own. But his money is not Sandra Bullock money. And she gets to keep all of it.

The reason Rachel Uchitel isn’t doing any Tiger bashing is because he paid her like they got a divorce. Supposedly, she took $10 million from Tiger in exchange for keeping hush hush. Remember when Rachel had a press conference scheduled back in November? Well Tiger was so worried about the dept and detail of the information that she had on him that he offered up that huge amount of money to make sure it never comes out.

Rachel wasn’t the only one to make some money from Tiger. Several of his mistresses got paid and then many didn’t.

Sandra Bullock was spotted for the first time leaving her Hollywood Hills home and heading to a friends house. It’s being reported that she is definitely leaving Jesse James and has already started divorce proceedings. Apparently there is no silent treatment going on. Supposedly she has gotten into some seriously nasty screaming matches over the phone with Jesse. He revealed to her that there is a total of 7 women. One of these women he began an affair with just weeks into their marriage. And it’s just been revealed that one of his mistresses became pregnant. Jesse was aware of the pregnancy, but she did not have the baby. Only 5 have come out so far and he’s hoping that the rest will stay quiet. A friend says that she is so embarrassed she wants to die and that Jesse has been drinking and is trying to use his daughter Sunny as manipulation to get Sandra to stay with him.

Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez have called it quits! A friend says that they were an item and have a super strong connection but just couldn’t make it work. It probably doesn’t help that Selena was seen getting cozy with a guy named Cameron Quiseng who is the bass player in some band called Allstar Weekend.

It takes some real skill to date 3 men at once and that makes Kate Hudson talented! It doesn’t seem she needs to worry about her breakup from A-ROD considering she has 3other boyfriends to keep her busy. Lately she has been spotted hanging with photog/cameraman Darren Ankenman who she met while filming Bride Wars. There’s also an unnamed stockbroker AND pro golfer Adam Scott. Her ex-husband Black Crowes star Chris Robinson is said to be furious with her and the bad influence this lifetsyle is going to be on their son Ryder. But Kate really enjoys the company of men.

With another mistress on the way in, Sandra is OUT. Sandra has made up her mind and has started taking the necessary steps to getting a divorce. Sources say that they just haven’t had a long enough life together to have anything worth saving. Friends say that she’s had enough and can’t get past the humiliation. Sandra’s rep has said that she has no intention of adopting Jesse’s daughter even though they share custody of her. Jesse isn’t going down without a fight and has checked into Tiger-style rehab. Jesse left this weekend for Sierra Tucson in Arizona where he is hoping to overcome his addiction and salvage what’s left of his marriage.

The final season of the Hills returns in a few weeks and there is going to be some good drama. Kristin Cavallari had a huge breakup this past Thursday and we can only hope the cameras were there to catch it. Kristin has been dating nightclub impresario Sam Nazarian for the last several months and came face to face with his New York girlfriend in his LA home. Kristin had left a ring over at his house so she decided to stop by and pick it up one afternoon since she has a key. Who was walking out of the bedroom when she got there? A beautiful brunette who is the OTHER girlfriend. Apparently the two teamed up on Sam and the New York girlfriend called Sam from Kristin’s phone. Kristin dumped him on the spot.

5. 4. Dr. Drew hosts “Celebrity Rehab” and he says he has a bad feeling about Lindsay Lohan. He told RadarOnline, “I fear for her. If the reports are true that she’s taking pills, I would love to know who is prescribing them to her…I’ve always said that Lindsay Lohan can be a wonderful, recovering person, provided she gets treatment and successfully completes rehab.” Unlike Britney Spears, Dr. Drew doesn’t think a conservatorship for Lindsay because she hasn’t shown any signs that she has mental health issues. He said, ” In this country you can use drugs until you die, that isn’t grounds to get a conservatorship over someone. Britney’s conservatorship was genius, but it took a lot to successfully pull it off, and she is clearly in a much better place now because of it.”

3. Spoiler alert! A shocking elimination on “Dancing With The Stars” last night. Pam Anderson and Shannen Doherty were in the bottom two, but at the end of the night, it was Shannen who ended up in the embarrassing position of being the first celebrity eliminated. Her partner Mark Ballas was going to have to drop out of the competition anyway because he injured himself during Monday’s dress rehearsal. His dad Corky would’ve stepped in had Shannen made it, but Shannen says without her partner Mark, she wouldn’t have wanted to continue anyway.

2. A fifth woman is getting ready to come forward to say she also had an affair with Jesse James. RadarOnline says this woman’s been reaching out to attorneys and PR firms over the past few days, and that she may reveal herself before the end of the week. We’re also finding out that Sandra Bullock had some suspicions that Jesse was cheating on her before the news of his affair with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee broke. A source says Sandra and Jesse got into about 4 or 5 blowouts over her suspicions, but every time, he denied having any affairs. He did admit to visiting strip clubs, but that’s it.

1. In a last-ditch effort to stop Sandra from divorcing him, Jesse James has checked into Sierra Tucson, which specializes in drug, alcohol, and — yes — sex addictions. A source says Jesse is begging Sandra not to divorce him and offered to go to the same rehab center that Tiger Woods went to if she would support him and stick with him. She said no. She said a lot more than no, but I can’t cuss on here. But Jesse is desperate to save his marriage, so he checked into sex rehab anyway. But the source says it’s a case of “too little, too late,” and that Sandra is moving forward with a divorce. Apparently she doesn’t take world-wide humiliation very well.

5. Mariah Carey celebrated her 40th birthday AND her second wedding anniversay to Nick Cannon over the weekend with a small party at their home in Hollywood. Only close friends were there to watch Mariah open her presents, which included stuff Mariah bought to celebrate herself. That would be a couple dozen pairs of shoes, about half a dozen purses, and a brand new pink Porsche SUV.

While Elin Woods won’t be in Augusta to watch her hubby Tiger play at the Masters, one woman who WILL be in the vicinity — not in Augusta, but not too far away in Atlanta — is his porn star mistress Joslyn James. Girl knows how to take advantage of a situation, and she’ll be performing at the Pink Pony just two hours before Tiger is set to tee off.

Rihanna has hired more security after getting a couple of steamy, graphic, and downright scary letters from a fan who calls himself “Buster.” Rihanna wasn’t taking it too seriously at first, but her boyfriend Matt Kemp stepped in and made her realize how dangerous an obsessed fan can become. The extra security was obvious at the Kids’ Choice Awards in LA Saturday night. Rihanna had security drive her in a golf cart from one backstage area to the other — a distance of about 50 feet.

Demi Moore got upset when she saw Kim Kardashian tweet a photo of herself, DJ LA La Vazquez, Serena Williams and Kelly Rowland with a caption that said, “Big pimpin w/@SerenajWilliams @LaLaVazquez @Kelly_Rowland Love u girls!’” Demi tweeted her this question, ” “Are you using the word ‘pimpin’ as in pimping?” Kim — who was probably ecstatic that Demi Moore was reading her Twitter post — tweeted right back, “Doesn’t everyone? LOL.” Demi didn’t find the LOL in that. She tweeted right back, “No disrespect I love a girls night out but a pimp and pimping is nothing more than a slave owner!” Demi added, “If we want to end slavery we need to stop glorifying the ‘pimp’ culture.” Kim responded, “Nothing wrong with dancing to Big Pimpin’ by Jay Z in the club!” Demi must’ve gotten some heat from her own followers because she explained that while she like Kim, she wanted to make a point about how we’ve used a word and desensitized the real meaning.

Jesse James’s mistresses continue to be revealed but where is poor Sandra Bullock throughout all of this? A friend who went to visit her revealed that she is at another one of her homes in the Hollywood Hills that is a 45 minute drive from where she lived with Jesse. Another neighbor says that there has been a bunch of cars going in and out of the driveway and it’s more activity than he’s seen in the last year. She loves the house and has often stayed there alone in the past few years. The friend says she is being reclusive because she is beyond upset and is having serious difficulty dealing with it.

In Touch Weekly is reporting that the very married Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are living separately. Friends say they have grown apart emotionally over the last few months and they have split the home next door to theirs, into 2 separate living areas. Friends also say that they can’t be around eachother and she is embarrassed about the rumors that he cheated on her They fight contstantly but refuse to divorce for the children and have decided that living next door to eachother, but apart is the best choice.

Thank god for Twitter. Kim And Reggie have cleared the air about the cheating rumors. Reggie was rumored to have hooked up with waitress January Gessart last week, but Reggie says it’s not true. He tweeted: Clarification 4 the dummies aka the media, January is a long time friend of mine & has been dating my best friend for 6 months.Sorry! Lol! ALL THE LADIES, STEP RIGHT UP! If you would like to be the next person linked to dating Reggie Bush all you gotta do is stand next to him!!! And how about those rumors of Kim dating Manchester soccer player Wayne Bridge? She tweeted that she has no idea who he even is.
