Jennifer Aniston is celebrating her 41st birthday and she has a man with her! Pictures from her vacation in Cabo San Lucas came out last week and revealed Jen is vacationing with her best friends, Courtney Cox and Sheryl Crow. Well she must have gotten lonely because Gerard Butler showed up! The pair kept their distance to avoid being photographed together but they were caught sunbathing by the pool. They also were caught using binoculars to spy on the paparazzi! Sure seems like they are dating between this and their make-out session at the Golden Globes!

Big TV news! The next season of The Real Housewives is being cast and since it’s set in Beverly Hills, of course they need a celeb mom right?! Well Nicole Richie’s mom has been tapped to join the cast of the new show along side Paris Hilton’s aunts Kim and Kyle Richards.

Also in TV news, Courtney Cox has asked her best friend Sheryl Crow to join her on the set of Cox’s Cougar Town. Crow isn’t used to acting so this is a big deal for her. She will not be playing herself, she is going to be Grayson’s new girlfriend. Grayson is Courtney’s son on the show!

VERY NICE is getting very married. Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen is getting married in two weeks to his fiancée Isla Fisher. The couple has sent out party invites asking guests to keep February 26 free, however, the notices do not contain any further information. Supposedly Sacha, 38, and 34-year-old Isla – who have been together for eight years and have a two-year-old daughter, Olive, together – have booked several possible venues in the UK in a bid to keep the actual location of the ceremony secret.They have simply told their friends to show up in fancy clothes. Their rep only says they are throwing a religious ceremony!

5. They’re remaking “A Star Is Born” and as of now, Russell Crowe and Beyonce have been named the frontrunners for the lead roles. Robert Downey Jr. was attached to the male lead at one point, but that no longer seems to be the case. The movie was originally done in the 1930s, and then was remade in 1957 with Judy Garland and James Mason, and then done again in 1976 with Barbra Steisand and Kris Kristofferson. The story is about an aging, alcoholic musician who mentors and falls in love with a young female star.

4. Miley Cyrus has rallied some of her celebrity friends for an all-star online auction to benefit the people of Haiti. Starting today, you can go to eBay.com to bid on the Herve Leger dress Miley wore to the Grammys, as well as 2 tickets to the Hollywood premiere of her movie, “The Last Song.” Nicole Richie has also donated some jewelry from her House of Harlow line and Britney Spears is offering up the custom silver Versace minidress she wore to the 2008 VMAs. There’s also stuff on there donated by Demi Lovato and Hugh Jackman and Joel Madden. All the proceeds will go to American Red Cross to support relief efforts in Haiti.

3. JWoww is proud of her fake boobies. In fact, she wants to be even prouder, so she’s planning on making them bigger. On Friday, JWoww was seen visiting the Long Island offices of a plastic surgeon who just so happens to be a breast specialist. A source says she wants to get them done in time for the second season of “Jersey Shore.”

2. MTV is cracking down on their “Jersey Shore” cast. The guidos and guidettes have been doing as many appearances as they can, earning up to $7500 a night showing up anywhere for anybody who’s willing to pay. But now MTV is telling them to pull back on the appearances or face strict fines or maybe even legal action. A source says MTV told the cast that they were allowed to do only 2 personal appearances a week and that all of their gigs had to be approved by producers. But some of them don’t care and are just going out there and taking as much cash as they can.

1. Of course the big news this weekend was the Super Bowl in Miami, and the celebrities turned out in force to watch the Saints beat the Colts, 31-17. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie brought oldest son Maddox to the game to cheer on the Saints. They were escorted into the game on a golf cart surrounded by security. And in the suite, Brad and Angelina were looking quite lovey-dovey, for those of us who are convinced their relationship is on the rocks. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes brought along little Suri. They skipped the golf cart and security detail and entered the game just like other ticket holders. Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher also opted not to have security, but may have wished they had after some paparazzi chased them into the stadium. Also spotted in a suite was John Travolta, who was seen leaving before the Saints made their game-winning comeback. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony hung out in their suite. Also spotted in the suites and in the stands were Taylor Lautner, LL Cool J, Spike Lee, Jamie Foxx, Hilary Swank and Harry Connick Jr.

Could a young Hollywood actress’s death been prevented? That’s what doctors are speculating about Brittany Murphy’s death. Toxicology reports are in and have determined what caused the death of Brittany Murphy. Her death has been ruled as accidental and they are referring to it as “complications of pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia, and multiple drug intoxication”. It is being described as a Heath Ledger-like death. As for the multiple drugs found in her system, they were both prescription, including medicine for cramps, and over-the-counter medications, including cough syrup. Doctors have said that if she had gone to the hospital to be treated instead of self-medicating, this definitely would not have happened!

Reese Witherspoon wasn’t ready to get married again but has she moved on from Jake Gyllenhaal so soon?! Last night she was spotted having dinner in Santa Monica with a very handsome Hollywood agent. He is not her agent but does work at her agency. An eyewitness at dinner said that they were very flirtatious, getting along and laughing through the whole dinner. Reese seemed very happy. She was smiling all dinner. The mood was upbeat and really good. The source says it definitely looked like more of a date than business considering they didn’t leave until 11 pm. Outside, Reese reached around his neck and they hugged and kissed…on the cheek. A friend of the agent says it was a date but they just met each other.

Kelly Clarkson is mad at Taylor Swift. Well not so much T. Swift, as T. Swift’s management. Scott Borchetta of Big Machine Records was trying to stand up for Taylor’s off-key Grammy performance. He said “This is not American Idol. This is not a competition of getting up and seeing who can sing the highest note. This is about a true artist and writer and communicator. It’s not about that technically perfect performance.

Kelly Clarkson was fuming and posted a blog on her website. She says, I understand defending your artist obviously because I have done the same in the past for artists I like, including Taylor, so you might see why it’s upsetting to read you attacking American Idol for producing simply vocalists that hit ‘the high notes’. Every artist has a bad performance or two and that is understandable, but throwing blame will not make the situation at hand any better.

Signing off, Clarkson said: “Sincerely, one of those contestants from American Idol who only made it because of her high notes.”

5. Cameras will be rolling behind the scenes of Oprah’s 25th and final season for a weekly reality show. “Behind the Scenes:  Oprah’s 25th Season” will air on Oprah’s OWN network, which is now known as Discovery Health.

4. Yes, Bikini Boy was a radio stunt guy and yes, the producers of “American Idol” knew what was going on the whole time. Ty Hemmerling says when he showed up for the first audition, they flat out asked him if he worked for the media. He says, “Before I could even answer, they said, ‘Don’t lie, because we’ll find out.’” So he told them the truth. Ty says the producers knew why he was there and they guaranteed he would get in front of the judges as long as he kept his mouth shut until after the show aired. He agreed and Bikini Boy got his moment on national TV.

3. Charlie Sheen reportedly will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault in connection with the Christmas Day attack on his wife. The criminal complaint will be filed either late today or first thing Monday morning. Charlie is set to appear in court Monday for an arraignment, though he is not expected to enter a plea. In addition to the arraignment, the judge will hear arguments from lawyers for Charlie and his wife to relax the protective order that keeps them from having any contact with each other.

2. The LA Coroner’s office says Brittany Murphy’s death was preventable, if she’d only gone to the doctor for help. Instead, she died from pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication. All of the drugs had prescriptions. Apparently she was trying to heal herself. A coroner’s spokesman says the death was ruled accidental and said no criminal charges are expected to be filed. Brittany died suddenly on December 20. She was only 32.

1. Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan aren’t together any more, but there’s still a lot of unfinished business there. And the two of them reportedly got into a huge fight Wednesday night that ended with Lindsay throwing a drink in Sam’s face. An eyewitness says Sam was working her weekly gig at Crown bar when Lindsay showed up, obviously looking for trouble. The source says Lindsay was drinking vodka straight out of the bottle and popped a couple of pills that Lindsay said were Adderall. She even offered a couple to the friend who was with her. The source says Lindsay kept trying to get Sam’s attention, but Sam kept ignoring her. So Lindsay grabbed a girl and started dirty dancing in front of the DJ booth. Finally, Sam had enough and started making fun of Lindsay for being drunk and messed up. She told Lindsay she was a disgrace and that’s when Lindsay lost it and threw her drink in Sam’s face. Sam was furious and picked up some DJ equipment and threw it at Lindsay. It was crazy nuts. Later that night, Sam went to H.Wood and a source says she was acting weird. She stumbled over to the owners and mumbled something to them. Then she walked over to the DJ booth and took over. The DJ who had been working that night was beyond ticked off. Because she’s a celebrity DJ, though, the owners let Sam stay up there. But after about 30 minutes, they realized she wasn’t even DJing — she was playing an old mix tape. That’s when one of the managers went up and asked Sam to step down and that’s when she went off. She made a huge scene, cursing and calling them ungrateful. She grabbed her laptop and stormed out of the club, but not before snatching the club’s audio cables. The club couldn’t play music for the rest of the night.

Tiger Woods is leaving rehab at the end of this week, and Elin has flown to Hattiesburg to bring him home. Apparently she is fully committed to giving him a second chance and they are planning on going away together for a few days. She has already spent 5 days there with him in counseling and now it’s up to the 2 of them to make it work. What does Tiger most want to get back? His old life, according to a friend. And by “old life”, he of course means getting back on the course. Tiger is expected to return to golf this spring!

Brittany Murphy Memorial is mysteriously on hold. Brittany Murphy’s husband Simon Monjack has spent weeks planning for a benefit in his late wife’s honor. He has even been collecting 1,000 per person to attend. The launch of his Brittany Murphy Foundation was scheduled for tonight and the money was supposed to go to arts education for children. However, SImon has called the party off. His friends are saying he simply postponed, however an alternate date hasn’t been set.

Nick Jonas is off the market again and it’s no one new! He and Miss Selena Gomez have been seen out and about a handful of times lately, but he took her out to dinner earlier this week and they sat in a private wine room. Onlookers say that he led her through the restaurant, holding her hand and they were acting, “very friendly” as they sat next to each other during dinner. He even protected her from the fans as they were leaving.

5. Tila Tequila claims she’s pregnant with The Game’s baby. He says no way, but she says yes way and time will prove her right. In the meantime, Tila’s former bodyguard says he knows who that baby daddy is, and it’s not The Game. He says it’s Tila’s old high school boyfriend from back in Texas. He wouldn’t give the guy’s name but says he’s a US Army combat veteran who served in Afghanistan and is now back in Texas.

4. Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas had a romantic dinner at Philippe West Hollywood. Well…as romantic as it could be with Joe Jonas as a third wheel. Nick took Selena by the hand and guided her through the restaurant to a private wine room near the back. A source says Nick was a gentleman, making sure the crowd didn’t bombard her.

Dumped bachelorette and now happily married Melissa Rycroft has a new gig as a special correspondent for “Entertainment Tonight.” Her first assignment was covering Monday night’s “We Are The World” recording session in LA. She’s still working for “Good Morning America,” too, and even joined Ryan Seacrest for “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.” But now Melissa’s being suggested as a replacement for Samantha Harris on “Dancing With The Stars,” which I think would be PERFECT. Meantime, Pam Anderson is reportedly going to be a celebrity dancer on the upcoming season.

2. Tiger Woods is leaving sex addiction rehab this week and his wife Elin has flown to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, to pick up her man. Elin has called off the divorce for now and is giving Tiger a second chance. Instead of heading home to Orlanda, Tiger and Elin plan to go away together for a few days, just the two of them.

Pete Wentz blogged, “As far as I know, Fall Out Boy is on break…I can’t predict that I’d ever play in Fall Out Boy again.” He later tweeted, “Something would have to change in my head or my heart — not my wallet. It’d have to be real.” Meantime, Pete is looking toward the future. He says, “Letting go of this giant part of my life has been hard, but I want to be back on tour having my son watch me from the side of the stage.” Lead singer Patrick Stump told Spin.com, “I’m not in Fall Out Boy right now. One way or another, the band will always be around.”

John Mayer comparing himself to Tiger Woods?! He offered his two cents on the Tiger drama and he blames it all on Tiger being married. John says that the ONLY reason it’s a big deal is because he is married and cheating. He goes on to say, “I write a lot of dirty text messages to girls, and you’ve never seen any of them. Why? Because if a girl brought a dirty text message from me to the newspapers, they’d say ‘I don’t have an angle here. Big deal. He’s 32 years old. He’s a single guy. If John Mayer has a wife and sends dirty texts, then we got a story.’” John even goes as far to say that Tiger didn’t really mess up at all and he wishes more people would see it that way.

Sandra Bullock Threatens To Cut Meryl Streep!? These 2 amazing actresses are having a little fun with their Oscar race by sending eachother death threats. They are both up for Best Actress and Sandra had a message for Meryl.  She says, “With Meryl, when this whole thing started, I left her a voice mail going, ‘You’ve got to watch your back. I’m gonna cut you. I’m gonna take you down,’ and then she sent me dead orchids and told me to die, so I sent her a case of liquor and told her to toast to white trash.” But wait, Sandra is also up for the Worst Actress Razzie award so how does she feel about that?! She loves it and even plans to show up if she wins. She says she enjoys it as much as the Oscar nom because it represents great balance.

Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who was “treating” Michael Jackson at the time of his death, has been summoned by the Los Angeles D.A. and we know they plan on charging him with involuntary manslaughter. Murray met with his lawyer yesterday and has decided to surrender to the court. Conrad has said that he will show up this morning and turn himself in, where they will proceed with the manslaughter charges. If he doesn’t show up and runs away like he did immediately after Michael’s death, the LAPD plans to arrest him.

5. Madonna is single again, but it wasn’t her decision. Jesus Luz ended their relationship because of their huge age difference — he’s 23; she’s 51 — and their lack of mutual interests. But sources say Madonna understood and the split was amicable. The two of them started dating after meeting at a December 2008 photo shoot for “W” magazine.

4. Drew Barrymore’s Facebook status was changed to “engaged,” but before you start congratulating her and Justin Long, don’t. Her rep says it’s all a hoax and that Drew isn’t even on Facebook. The on-again/off-again couple seem to be on again, though. Justin was Drew’s date to the Golden Globes and SAG Awards.

3.  Zac Efron and Shia La Beouf apparently have a long-running feud. Who knew? Apparently it all started when they were both up for the lead in “Jumper.” Zac really wanted that part and he felt like Shia sabotaged him with producers, calling Zac a “pretty boy” and bragging that he was a better actor. Both of them ended up losing the part to Hayden Christensen, but Zac never forgave Shia for the diss. And then things got worse when Shia beat out Zac for the role of Indiana Jones’ son in “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.” And THEN, last summer when Megan Fox was on a break from Brian Austin Green, Zac and Megan had dinner together and a source says Shia was “envious beyond belief.” The source says Shia’s had a crush on her since the first “Transformers” movie in 2006.

2. Jay Leno is gearing up for his big return to “The Tonight Show” on March 1. He’s hoping to get a big boost in the ratings from his March 3 show because of the cast of “Jersey Shore.” They’re all in LA this week to tape their segment, but one guido will be missing. Vinny is sick and won’t be making the trip. While they’re in LA, though, the rest of the gang will stop by Ellen DeGeneres’ show will tape a segment that will air this week.

1. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have slowed things waaaaaaaaaay down. A source who claims to know what’s going on says, “Let’s just say Rob and Kristen got a slap on the wrist…Everyone from their management to the studios involved in their upcoming movies is worried the two of them will become….distracted” from their careers. Rob’s getting ready to start filming “Bel Ami” and Kristen is deciding on new projects while promoting “The Runaways.” Their schedules might end up breaking them up anyway.

5. Steven Tyler let it be known that he wants to do a solo album. He has no intention of leaving Aerosmith…he just wants to do a little side project all his own. But Joe Perry apparently has zero patience for side projects that aren’t his and he’s ready to do more Aerosmith stuff, so he’s reportedly looking for Steven’s replacement. And the rumor is, Joe wants to talk to Billy Idol about taking over lead vocals for the band. The two were supposed to meet last week, but sources say Billy came down with a terrible cold and had to cancel.

4. Taylor Lautner treated himself to a $150K Audi R8, but apparently he’s having a little trouble with his new baby. A source says 17-year-old Taylor didn’t really know how to drive a stick when he bought the car, so he keeps stalling out. Plus, this car is super complicated. It’s got so many buttons and controls that even the most experienced driver would have trouble getting used to it.

3. Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are engaged. Her rep confirmed it so we know it’s true. Dax proposed over the holidays but they kept it a secret until last night, when Kristen decided it was time to show off her engagement ring on the red carpet at the Grammys.

2. Taylor Swift may have a little something-something brewing with Cory Monteith, who plays Finn on “Glee.” The two of them reportedly went to dinner with each other last week and then spent Saturday night together at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party. Cory’s 27; Taylor just turned 20.

1. The deals have been signed and the cast of “Jersey Shore” will all be back for season two. Producers wanted to avoid infighting so all the cast are being paid exactly the same. We hear it’s $10K per episode, but MTV isn’t commenting on that. But sources say MTV is planning on taking the cast out of Jersey and doing that whole “fish out of water” thing. An unnamed MTV executive allegedly told a reporter for the “Sun Times” that they’re considering moving the cast to someplace warmer and they’re considering a few LA locations, but Miami Beach will be the most likely destination. Another source says MTV is even considering taking the cast to the Hamptons!
