What? You’re offended by a man whipping another man on a leash ? You don’t like it when the dominatrix singer spins the girl around like a top? You are displeased when he shoves another person’s face in his crotch?

Its all part of wholesome Sunday night entertainment!

Apparently, some viewers of The American Music Awards didn’t like American Idol runner up Adam Lambert’s on stage antics performing “For Your Entertainment.”

ABC fielded more than 1,500 calls from appalled viewers.  The Parents Television Council has said they’ve also been getting calls. Their spokesperson says that the performance was “wholly unsuitable for children.” Apparently, nobody is consoled by the fact that Lambert fell during the performance.

Looks like most people were offended by Lambert kissing his male keyboardist.

“Lambert and keyboard guy, sitting in a tree. K-i-s-s-i-n-g.”

That doesn’t bother me as much as the fact that the American Music Awards is just another in a lengthy chain of craptastic awards shows and that people actually tuned into to see.

To quote a line from Adam Sandler’s “Billy Madison”…we are all dumber for having heard that.
